How does this app benefit me as a distributor? +

How are the "base points" value determined? +

You have full control. The base points are typically a configurable percentage of the bill value (e.g., 1%). You can set and adjust this rate within the Sales Drive DMS to align with your margin and business strategy.

Is managing the gift catalog complicated? +

Not at all. We provide a default catalog, and you can easily customize it. You can add, remove, or feature specific gifts. The system handles all the redemption logistics, so you don't have to manage physical inventory.

Can I run targeted schemes for specific retailers or products? +

Absolutely. The system allows you to create custom schemes. You can apply point multipliers to specific products, for specific retailer groups, or during specific time periods to drive your strategic goals.

What happens if a retailer returns goods? +

The system is designed to handle returns seamlessly. If goods are returned, the points credited for that transaction will be automatically reversed from the retailer's account and credited back to yours.

How do I, as a retailer, get the app? +

The app is available for free on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Your distributor will provide you with your unique login credentials to access your account and start earning points.

How do I earn points? +

You earn points automatically on every purchase you make from your distributor. As soon as they generate your bill in the system, your points are instantly credited to your app account.

What can I redeem my points for? +

You can redeem your points for a wide variety of gifts, including mobile recharge, utility bill payments, popular e-vouchers, and physical products. The gift catalog is regularly updated with new options.

My points are missing. What should I do? +

This is rare, as the process is automatic. However, if you believe there's a discrepancy, you can use the in-app chat or call support feature to directly report the issue. Your distributor and our support team can quickly trace every transaction.
